Cancellation Policy for all Automotive Experiences Events

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate participants wherever possible. Please take note of the following cancellation terms:

1. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event:

•You will receive a full refund of all funds paid

2.Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event:

•You will receive a refund of all funds paid, excluding an administrative fee of R1 500.

3.Cancellations made within 30 days of the event:

•No refund will be issued.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the cancellation notice.
